When using USD hosted within Citrix, generic listener (http://localhost:5000) is not working properly

We are using USD hosted within Citrix where multiple users are trying to connect with USD using same Citrix Server. So when we are trying to consume the phone call using generic listener (http://localhost:5000) all the USDs in the same server are getting the response whether any popup is opening or not. Any idea how to prevent this?
