MFA after upgrade to 18.5.1635

Hi!
 
We just upgraded from 18.4.1436 to 18.5.1635.  When approving vendors or posting GL batches it goes through MFA.  After entering user name, password and entering the number displayed in the authenticator app we receive a message saying:
 
Need admin approval
unverified
needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant.  Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.
 
Since the vendor does show as approved and the GL batches post I am assuming this is an email issue.  Email worked before the upgrade, we use it for workflow and for vendor remittances.  I have not had anyone test the vendor remittances since the upgrade.
 
I cannot find anything on how to fix this.

    Of course right after I posted this we figured out the issue.  After doing the upgrade I needed someone with Azure admin access to enter their credentials when asked by GP, then check the boxes to allow the app access to everything.  I closed GP and restarted and when it asked for credentials, I entered my own and everything works as expected.
