Client is using overdue amount blocking rule for their credit management. They have Parent child relationships in customers and overdue amount credit limit is set at parent level. Table > overdue amount tolerance and there is no threshold set. Some customers have 1 dollar overdue limit and few ranging from 5000-50000.
They are saying that some customers goes on credit hold though there is no past dues and some customers which has blocking rules bypass this. I have requested them for a working session to replicate the issue, so that I can observe the blocking rule amount, pass due amount etc during the session. I have analysed the credit management parameters > credit management check point. They have enabled the check box only for confirmation > proforma with grace days of 5. Please advise at what point does the sales order goes for credit hold for proforma check box. Also advise me some analysis and questions which I can ask during the call which could be possible reason for going for credit hold if there is no past dues.
