how to transfer expenses to CIP using project allocator

Hullo everyone,

i need some assistance on how i can setup project allocator so that i can use it to allocate project exepenses to the construction in progress (CIP) account. I have tried but when i try to process the allocation i get a message that no allocations have been processed. Thanks.
