Empty generated document from template

Hi!

My problem is that when I generate word document from any template in AX 2009, the result is an empty word document.

I've tried it with dot and dotx for word 2010 and word 2013 with the same result.

I've got no error, just an empty document.

It was functioned a month ago, but not now.

Any help would appreciated!

have you checked the path? Anything have to be changed otherwise you would get an error message.

I am not working with AX2009 but check which type of documents are supported.

Thanks the response.

The path is correct. These templates were good earlier. I can edit it from AX via edit button.
