I need to restart the SSRS service, I have oped the service window but I'm not aware of this which name that.
anyone give some idea

Please check the SQL Server Reporting Services (MSSQLSERVER).
You could go to option>usage data>reset usage data to clear user cache.
if it still does not clear then try refreshing elements

Please you can restart from the services using Services in Administrative Tools.
You can also restart from LCS on sandbox environment follow below docs.
