Generation pdf form

I'm working on Dynamics online CRM. as a part of the Case business process flow I need to create a specific pdf form including information from some case fields and send it as an attachment.

Can anyone advice how to automate that?

Hi,

The easiest way to do this would be to make it text only so you don't have to worry about formatting or doing a mail merge to word. You can build up a string based on the fields on the record, then converting the text to a byte array and using that as the 'file' to use when converting a txt file to a PDF using an open source solution like this:

Once you build up the pdf data, you can attach it to an email by converting that to a string and saving it as a "activitymimeattachment" record.
