I want to configure certain products in HQ to be blocked from being returned at POS. Is there a way to configure this out of the box?

Hi,
Blocking returns is not a feature out of the box and you may need to try to customize it. You may try to set up a returns policy or assigning/ customizing specific permissions related to returns processing to POS users.

We had to customize the solution since there was no out-of-the-box functionality available.
