POS is freeze if I counted by tender declaration

Dear,

I am facing strange problem.

Our POS is freeze in every second days, if we counted by tender declaration.

At first: We start tender declaration, then when we counted by the half time the till freeze in.
Next step we restart the System POS. And now the till show´s me: it doesn´t found the printer
Next step: we restart the till complete and start POS new.
And now we started new tender declaration and it worked.

Check for Errors in Event Viewer . Its for all the POS machines for only for One ?

Probably Issue with HW or Network.
