Inventory Reconcile to GL gives no Inventory results

The users run the Inventory Reconcile to GL and get a SQL Server Native Client Error -  Invalid column name 'SEQNUMBER'. The spreadsheet eventually opens but there are only the GL transactions, the inventory side is blank. Has anyone seen that happen before?

    try running checklinks against the inventory transactions.
