Hi, if someone can help me to guide me how to achieve my requirements.
if My company only has a licence for outlook web not the desktop.
And my company needs that, if someone sends an email to a shared company email for example to info@123.com.
should the email be connected to a specific record, as an email activity. based on the From(who sent this email) of the  email
So for example contact 1 has an email attached to the record. If this email address sends an email to the shared company email should this be automatically tracked to this contact.

I know about the option of Folder Tracking, but this needs to be configured for each record, so I want to know if this is an easier way.

thanks in advance

    Hi,

    1. You can create a new queue, using the company's e-mail address.

    2. Enable server-side synchronization for this queue (the address of the company's mailbox).

    3. In this way, all emails received by the company's mailbox will be synchronized to Dynamics and passed to the queue as queue items.

    4. And if the sender is a contact in Dynamics, the email will also appear in that contact's timeline.
