Headquarter could not be contacted to download account receivable @ Store

 Dear All,

 

When I open the payment windows at point of sales to receive the customer payments against the invoice. The following Error appear:

 

"Headquarter could not be contacted to download account receivable from other store. Showing account receivable for this account only"

( This show only the current store balance)


NOTE

  • The option ''Connect to HQ to get customer's open AR' in configuration is checked; and
  •  I have already specified the computer running HQ client in SO Administrator(file>configuration>hq client tab> the address field); and
  • My HQ Client and HQ Server also running well.
