Hi,

While creating a new PO certain users under the D365Basic role were getting a validation alert that the permissions for the table Purchase order Buffer was missing .

There were no role changes or anything done. Even in the PO Edit or PO View this tabledata permissions are not present.

Is there a new release from microsoft or any idea what could be the reason that the role was not present.

    Hi

Can you verify that users with SUPER have access? If yes - can you verify which Permission Sets - not User groups, the users have assigned (check e.g. Permission Set by User page). However,  try to assign D365 BASIC permission set to users (or User Groups) affected.

Users with super are able to create a P.O.The users having this problem has d365 basic as their permission set.however the this table was not present,so how could this be possible that suddenly the permissions dissapear,is it because of an upgrade

Is this upgrade from 17.4 to 17.5 on SaaS?

Normally upgrade not truncate records from database. please check if the permission on this table was deleted by admin.
