Hi All,
I'm trying to get started with URS but can't see the app in My Apps section.
I have Field Service and Project Service installed. What am I missing?

Which version of Dynamics are you using, if you have FS installed too, why the app doesn't show too in the App list.

I compared my problem instance with another which works. FS is not installed in the problem instance. I'll install FS and see if that fixes the problem.
For information,
The problem was solved (after a Microsoft support intervention) by installing the latest versions of Field Service and Project Service.
