Historical data synchronization after first time using early dates

Hello Everyone,

We setup a custom mapping between NAV (Sales Quotes) and CRM (Opportunities and begin the data synchronization.

Everything is working fine.   However, we'd now like to bring in historical sales quotes that were modified before the original data.

That is ...

When we started we wanted last modified as of Jan 1, 2015.    Now we'd like to add the Jan 1, 2014 to Dec 31, 2014 (i.e bring in more history).

We have tried editing the last modified date to align with the early start date.   Thinking the job would then create the missing records.    No luck.

Looking for suggestions on how to load the missing historical data?

thank you in advance for your advise.

Thinking we removed/deleted the mapping, recreate and retry... Curious if that removes/resets integration keys (bring over duplicate records in CRM one time is fine).    Thank you in advance for assistance.

Stopping and starting the service (as well as retroactively setting the last modified date) did not work.

We have also tried editing one of our historical records so the last modified date is current (i.e. now).    That record did NOT come across even though it is now within the go-forward range.

    Suggestions?

Same result ... finds changes yet nothing new is created.

Yes stop the connector and restart it

That's what I did ... set inactive, changed date, set active ...

or you mean restart service as well?

Update "Check for data modified after" and restart.

As before, opened connector software, edited the data sync maps so it would trigger based on "last modified" date on or after Jan 1, 2014 (this is where I edited dates), click save and activate.

Connector job ran finding a number of changes to sync to CRM from NAV yet none of the records between Jan 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014 were synced into CRM.

In short, trying to find out how to re-run the job to included older/historical data from before our original load.

What kind of issues you are facing while changing dates ? Where you are changing dates?
