    Hello Sandip,

    Thank you for answering,

when I try to change Type under the mapping it only allows me to chose Order and Invoice, I can't see return in there

    Hi Nihad

You are using the econnect adapter for this and that adapter only allows Orders or Invoices.

You will need to change over to the standard IM adapter as that will allow you to import Returns.

If you have lots of transactions to import then you will need to look at either SmartConnect or Scribe for importing your transactions as the standard IM adapter is slow to import when you have lots of transactions with multiple line items.

    Hello Jeffrey

Thank you for answering my question,

I'm totally new to GP I would appreciate it if you could explain to me how to change to  standard IM adapter?

would that work for multiple line invoices as will?

In your integration you see the destination.

Instead of selecting Microsoft Dynamics GP eConnect, select Microsoft Dynamics GP > Sales Order Processing > Sales Transaction.

You can use the same source files as your eConnect integration most likely

Yes, you can import multiple line items.  Make sure that you have the Query relationship setup between files so that the header record has one or many details.

    Thank you Jeffrey,

should I remove the source files in Sales Order Processing > Sales Transaction and insert the same sources as eConnect?

and how can I copy the Query relationShips from eConnect?

    Thank you

RE: Integration Manager for Returns and multiple line items

    Hi Nihad

Keep the existing Integration that uses eConnect as you can still use it for invoices/orders and it will import much faster than using the standard connectors.

Use the current integration as a reference and set everything up the same except for the destination where you will select the standard IM destination.

click on the query relationships line and it will open a window to allow you to set the relationships.
