Is it possible to send an email including meeting notes directly from dynamics? I have tried to use power automate but that is more of a notification tool, as i cannot edit the email's body each time a new meeting note is created.
I want to input the notes, and from there an email including the notes is sent to people of my choosing who may or may not be dynamics users. Without creating a report first.

Which app are you using, D365 Sales? And where does your meeting notes store, description or note?
