Landed Cost Estimated cost currency and Actual cost

I am experiencing a problem in the expense module where the issue occurs when the purchased items (landed cost transfer) were done in a foreign currency and the landed cost was done in local currency. The complication arises because the account is marked for valuation, and the entry in foreign currency is always revalued, even if the shipment has already been closed.
Can the estimated cost be recorded in the specified currency?
