Dynamics SL 2015 database reached 90% fragmentation. As a result process allocation taking longer than expected. Is there a way to automate database maintenance job on daily/weekly basis.

Yes, you can setup Jobs in sql server that are "Maintenance Plans" (2012 and later). SQL Server agent must be running to do this task
In Sql server management studio (SSMS) Under Maintenance- You can right click under "Maintenance Plans" and run through the Wizard.
You would probably want the db integrity, shrink db and update statistics options for the job. That would be up to your needs.
Try using this wizard for this purpose. I think its a simple solution to what you are looking for without being a dba.
