    Hi MRizwan,

For Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft created an ERD page with information. This was never updated and Microsoft retired the site. In parallel, they put the old information on GitHub. Alex Meyer (another MVP), did put the information on his personal blog: alexdmeyer.com/.../

Some parts are still valid for Dynamics 365, but there are already a lot of changes. So, the information can be outdated. There is no updated information provided by Microsoft. In that case, you have to create your own schemas, based on reverse engineering.

You can find table relation definitions in AOT in Visual Studio, on a D365FO development system. And you can also develop new tables and define relations with Visual Studio.

Thanks reverse engineering option good . As per my understanding Microsoft minimise technical role in D365 that’s why might be in coming year only Functional consultant can do everything. Even now table fields can create from user interface . Am I right ? Please add your comments about this changing technical to functional thanks

I wouldn't say that functional consultant can do everything. It's true that a lot can be achieved by configuration (especially with PowerApps) but I wouldn't bet any money on D365FO development disappearing any time soon. They are two different toolsets. And no matter if it's configuration or development, designing your solution well is the challenge, not using the tools.

About table fields, it's very limited what you can do when you add them via configuration. You can only add them to master data tables, you can't use them on reports etc.
