Name the paycode set it as type Overtime and just do a multiply of 1.0 and then it will let you use the hourly as based on. Then anytime that the hourly paycode changes, so will this paycode.

The only issue I find, is that when I assign the new code to an employee, the system assigns it a pay factor of 1.5, even though the set up window shows a factor of 1.0. We will just have to remember when we assign these to change the factor to 1.0.
