Hi All,

I want to have just Contact Scoring not Lead Scoring; Meaning If i have created contacts in Marketing either through Import or manually. I want to create a Contact Scoring Model. As of now Dynamics Marketing only provides Lead scoring even though it is for Contacts or Accounts but If i don't want to create leads rather use contact to create Scoring model for Contacts, is it possible. Has anyone come across a scenario wherein you have created a Custom Contact Scoring in Dynamics Marketing, if Yes please share the details also share the links from Microsoft where it is clearly stated that Scoring is only for Leads and not Contacts.

Nya, when we use "lead.parent contact" in this case does all contacts should be as leads?

We are also looking for a lead scoring model at contact level, as marketing mostly just deals with contacts and they nurture these with customer journeys. Any suggestion to achieve scoring at contact level?

Hi,

Currently scoring model is just for leads only.

Though you can use lead contacts in conditions while setting up the scoring model as shown below.
