How can I block Confirmation Dialog to Save when user accesses the form selector control to change between Entity forms. I want to save using code.

In Dynamics 365, when you use the form selector and the record has been edit, it prompts to save the current record. We want to save the record and prevent the save confirmation dialog from appearing. does anyone know what event we can respond to or block?

I'm afraid you can't handle that in a supported way and I'm not aware of any unsupported approach.
