Hi all,
I am curiously looking for use cases scenarios that allows me to use Power Fx for ribbon customization in Dynamics?
Can anyone help me with this/share any tips/signpost please?
Thank you.
Hi Sol007,
Customizing commands using PowerFx is still in Preview. I don't recommend using this in production at the moment.
You can refer to the following blogs for more details:

It should also be noted, that existing commands cannot be customized using PowerFx. This new way of proceeding can only be used on new buttons.

Hi Mehdi,
Thanks for the helpful signposts.
Is there a way of automating this without the use of third-party tools or a simpler way of doing this? I am interested in hearing more about this use case please as I am also aware of the drag and drop functionality on core components only at the moment.
Regards,
Sol
Hi Steve Zhao,
Thanks for sharing the links.
I would like to learn more about this use case, in terms of looking at automation of a simpler way of customising the ribbon apart from the drag and drop on core components?
