I created an order with multiple lines along with item charges and made a Partial shipment of 2 lines. When I tried to Process that shipment I received a message!

Maybe because you have some lines there where picks are pending?

In terms of advance warehousing the picks were registered in fact I also tried it using business central standard sales order functionality, there I also came up with the same issue!
