I just did a very stupid mistake by messing up my enterprise portal after thinking that I am updating the portal objects.

I went to System Administration >> Enterprise Portal >> Deployments >> Selected the portal site and clicked on deploy, I thought I am updating the portal objects, however now logging into the portal just displays a sharepoint site.

I have two web front ends and apparently the issue is occurring on both.

Can you please help me out here ?

The issue was a malfunctioning web static page "defaultax"
