FRx Export to formatted Excel - Header not centered

Our customer is exporting an FRx report to formatted Excel. When the report opens in Excel the Title Header is not centered over all of the columns. It appears as though the Excel report is centering across columns H-O instead of A-O. They have already verified the setup in FRx Report Catalog under the Page Options tab as centered.

Additionally, they are missing some column headers on the left side of the report in FRx DrillDown Viewer.

They are on Office/Excel 2007 and FRx SP12.
