Hi All,
Can anyone please suggest , how and when is the Average payment days field updated?
I came to know below process will update Avg. Payment days but it is showing ZERO
Credit and collections > Periodic tasks > Credit management > Update risk scores)

I have already tried this still no luck - showing ZERO only
any setup we need to update to work this?
Try - Click on refresh button below there in credit statistics.

After I did Refresh it is showing some data but Avg. Payment days still showing ZERO
Any suggestions?

Currently, we are in Version 10.0.26

Kindly check the data manually after refresh for some customer in accordance with the Credit and collections parameters > Credit Management statistics. Is the system giving correct or incorrect values?
