Intercompany entry in IC general journal

Dear Experts,

My client have the following entries to post in IC general journal.

Dr Vendor A 100

Dr GL (charges) 10

Cr Vendor B -110

They are using Multi-line IC journal entry. Thus, they got this error :

"The IC Outbox Jnl. Line already exists. Identification fields and values: Transaction No.=xxxx, IC Partner Code='TTG',Transaction Source='Created by Current Company',Line No.='0 "

But I also cannot use single line IC journal entry. System does not allow vendor account in balance.

Kindly advise.

hi,

Pls check IC Setup for doing IC journals and also check Inbox and Outbox IC Tables.
