Hi,
I have a server setup with Dynamics 365 on premise. I have an issue when I create a case and try to resolve it, I get an error message:
It doesn't let me close the case or even cancel the case, button does nothing. I don't see where I can find any logs on what issue is. I have full read and write permissions.
You need to inspect what is inside that button.
You can also try to open dev tools (F12) and see if any other error (more detailed) shows up.
I am new to Dynamics, how do I inspect inside the button?
As you've got Dynamics 365 OnPremise, I suggest you enable tracing; this should give more useful information
How do I enable tracing?
