Hello everyone!
I have been working as a Siebel CRM consultant for almost three years now, but I am thinking changing the platform to MS-Dynamics CRM.I have recently started learning dynamics CRM, and I am thinking about the Certification. However, I am not sure where is a good place to start. I learn by doing and how do you get Dynamics CRM software without spending a lot of money. I would like to have the tool install and start working on the tutorial labs. I need help please, any input would really appreciated. Thanks!
