We are looking for a solution that gives us the ability to track all our client information and fund structure. Tracking everything from the client’s digital identity, assets information, contracts, other relationships the client has, like their attorney, banking relationship etc. to fund structure, such as type of funds, domiciles for funds, how the fund is structured, fund holdings, inception date, fund manager, fund performance (pulling from other database), exit loads, payout history etc.
The purpose of this is not for sales, so not looking for a sales tool. It’s more about having 360-degree insights into our clients and funds. From the minute we engage with the client and manage their fund backend processes, being able to go one place to view everything related to this client and/or fund. Granted some of these data will be pulled from other systems, so open integration is important, but at a high level, most of the client and fund information will live in this solution.
I thought MS Dynamics would be a option but there are so many options, trying to figure out which one might be more tailored toward solving a problem like this one. Any suggestions is appreciated.
