After upgrading to SP4 our Custom - Items Received-Issued Report no longer works when we run the report it just pops up blank.

sp4 changed some of the ordering and receiving tables... Probably the fields that referenced in the report or the join is invalid. All the reports on customer source were created years ago, prior to sp2 most of them.
I would take query from the report and check that within SQL Management Studio. I am willing to do this for you. email me to discuss.
