CRM On-Prem to D365 online migration (Mail Merge/Dialogs/Task Flows?)

Hello

I have a question related to CRM 2016 on-prem migration to D365 CE online planning and wondering if I can get some help for my below query.

What’s the equivalent replacement options out there for the below Three on-prem components that one should plan for ONLINE instance of D365:

1) Mail Merge
2) Dialogs
3) Task Flows

    Hi,

    • Mail Merge is deprecated

    Mail merge had many limitations and was cumbersome to use. Instead the new Word Templates functionality can be used.

    • Dialogs are deprecated

    Dialogs are now being deprecated and can be replaced by using Business Process Flows or the new Mobile Task Flows. Dialogs were introduced by Microsoft starting Dynamics CRM version 2011.

    • Task flows are deprecated

      Task flows are deprecated and will be removed by October 1, 2021. They will be replaced by the immersive experience for business process flows that is planned for release. More information: Business process flow immersive experiences

    There is a tool on Microsoft AppSource called Enquiry 360 which could help to replace the Dialogs functionality and Task Flows. Here's the link to the app on AppSource:
