Proxy Timesheet Entry in Project Time and Expense

Greetings,

We’ve recently implemented Project Accounting on GP 2013 SP2 (not R2).  I have a manager who would like to enter time sheets as a delegate for an employee.  I’ve done the setup in PDK and see how it works under Transactions>>Proxy Timesheet, but is there an option to do this through ESS/PT&E in Business Portal.  That is, other than logging in as the delegator.  My inclination is that it’s not possible.

    So, apparently this can only be done through PDK.
