As two lists that you could combine later. Try creating a configuration package. Include the jobs table (167) and also the default dimension table (352). With the second table use the ability to add a filter and add the “Table ID” field. Use the filter value of 167. Now export to excel using the dedicated button.
In excel you can then combine the two together using a vlookup so you have one list with multiple columns per dimension. Worth noting that job tasks can have their own dimensions separate to the main job record
It would be possible to have both global dimensions as fields on the job card or jobs list pages. It would require a small development though
