As your user is of NavUserPassword type, the system will prompt you for credentials everytime you try to export from excel.
In fact, there will be other instances also where you will be asked for your credentials, though you are already authenticated and logged in to the client. Like, when you try to change the company in same instance.
If you are in domain you should use Windows Authentication to solve this issue. But, i am guessing you are not ;)
