Credit note for project invoice

Hello, unable to create Credit Note against a Project Invoice in Project Management & Accounting.
 
Using the function "Select for credit note" and performing the required actions, there is no Credit memo or no Credit memo line created.
This is Item type Project Invoice.
F&O product version: 10.0.40

    Hi,
     
    Have you tried the following? If yes, could you tell us where are you stuck?
     
    1.: Go to a project invoice
    2.: Under Functions =>Select for credit note
    3.: On the opened right pane, select hours, expenses etc. and confirm with OK on the very bottom.
     
     
     
    4.: Create a new invoice proposal
    5.: Filter Invoicing method on "Credit notes". This is just to filter, you can put regular billable transactions and credit note transactions in one proposal as well.
    6.: Make sure to select the correct project and dates
    7.: Search, select and press Ok in order to create an invoice proposal as a credit note.

    Hi,
    Like Adis mentioned, you can use standard function "Select for credit note" and credit transaction based on their types (e.g. Hour, Fee)

    Hello! Is there a setting to automatically create this credit note draft proposal without having to create a new invoice draft with negative line items?
