    Hello,

First get implementation guide and setup your development environment, another option is to setup online trial. And as you have already knowledge of .net, Starting with CRM SDK will be a good options then you can look for local training options.

Hi, Just have one confusion. I already applied for online account. They will respond me.

But also, I want to work with CRM on premise. What do I need to install. Just have confusion, do I need some kind of server, or just CRM Outlook client?

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 for Microsoft Office Outlook

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Is that enough to work with CRM locally?

    Thanks,

    Hello Murdock,

In case you want to work with on premise you need to setup CRM Server, you can download trial CRM server software with you can use for 3 months (make sure to use server licence key so that you won't face 5 user limit)

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    Please refer: technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699831.aspx

To get CRM Server hardware and software requirements, once you have crm server you can access it using browser (web client) or outlook (after installing the outlook client, you mentioned in your question).

    Thanks

    Hello Murdock,

On-premise meaning you will run the solution on your own server hardware rather than in the cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 (on-premises) versions require the following software:

    • Microsoft Windows Server 2012

    • A Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory infrastructure

    • An Internet Information Services (IIS) website

    • Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014

    • Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 Reporting Services.

For more information about Software requirements, please refer to : technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699671.aspx

For minimum and recommended hardware requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server, please refer to 2015technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699840.aspx

For installing Dynamics CRM, please take a look to this video : www.youtube.com/watch

Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook enables access to the same data through Microsoft Outlook as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web client. Dynamics CRM for Outlook is for Microsoft Dynamics CRM users who need access to CRM data while they are using the familiar Outlook application.

    Hope this helps,

    Abed.
