Hi Heshu,
The documentation you found is from the separate Dynamics 365 Human Resources application. Some features might be the same, but probably Dynamics 365 HR has more richer features as Microsoft keeps investing here for the core HR features.

With the FO, will it be the same feature as HR application.
As mentioned in my previous reply, there might be more features in HR compared to FO. So, it might be the case that you will miss some features in FO as Microsoft is investing in new features for HR and not expanding the Human resources features in FO.
