How to add buttons in the home page of customer service workspace using ribbon workbench?

Hi,

I tried to add the buttons using ribbon workbench in customer service workspace app, but unable to do so. I want add a button next fo save as, new, set as default and refresh all. I don't want to choose any entity for that. I just want to a button for home page, which should be available for all the dashboards.

Hi Pallavi Sinha,

Unfortunately, there is no way to add button at here neither by Ribbon Workbench nor Command Bar. They are system button and do not belong to any entity.
