I want to know if there are other ways to install/upgrade extensions in BC, outside of traditional methods.
Does anyone know that it is possible to install/upgrade app extensions, by any Event subscriber?

But can I program it under a Date/Time?
You can do it through powershell and you can probably schedule the execution of your powershell script.
