Steps that I have taken to access the reports:
- Log in to Business Central with a user account that has a valid Power BI Pro license.
- Navigate to the "Reports" section and select any out-of-the-box Power BI report.
- Try to access the report.
- The system prompts for a Power BI license, even though the user already has a Power BI Pro license (Screenshot attached)
Expected Outcome:
The user should be able to access and use the out-of-the-box Power BI reports without any further license prompts.
Actual Outcome:
The system continues to prompt for a Power BI license, which prevents access to the reports. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a solution? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
