Dear Microsoft Dynamics Community,

I just started using Dynamics and switched over from Salesforce...

In Salesforce I had a handy notification center which showed all new tasks, mentions etc. for me. In dynamics I miss this feature a lot. Is there anything I can do to get this in dynamics as well?

Hi there,

In Dynamics we have the Activity feeds feature that will show events like mentions, notify when records are created and much more.

You can also configure Activity Feeds with rules .

Hey Giselle,

thank you so much!! This seems to be a good help. I managed to include the acitivity feed that we used in every Entity individually to my dashboard and now see all relevant info there.

However I still miss a notification feature reminding me via a push or mail that someone mentioned me in a note or gave me a task. I always thought it would be in the utility bar right next to these

Is there something I missed or is this not possible?

That is nice that you could progress on that!

About the notifications I guess our Dynamics does not have such feature as your requirements yet oob but I would suggest a powerful resource: https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/, here you can raise your feedback direct to Product team, give suggestions about enhancements and also propose new features, once you submit your comment It will be available for all the community to vote too.
