After knowing the Fix of this problem https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/233943 I try to publish a customization, just a simple one in entity but I got this error.

Yes my customization still published but the Publish box still in there and the error is looping again and again so I need to close that window and reopen again.

Are you able to customize and publish using a custom solution?
