Hi,

On our invoices we have at the bottom, an IBAN number. We need to change this but have no idea how.

I have tried downloading an invoice and opening the rdl file in report builder as well as in visual studio and notepad - both VS and notepad only display XML.

I would have thought it be a simple process - go to invoice template and edit the fields... I have looked extensively through our database for  IBAN, too.

I've had no luck yet.

Somebody please point me in the right direction - I'm going blind staring at my screen.

    Yeah, tried that - just opens as XML. Any idea where CRM stores the templates? The one I can download is just a report, it seems and has sql statements and what-not inside... but no fields that look relative to what I see in the report.

    Ok, it loads up now - but it displays exactly was I was seeing with report builder which is a blank template. 

    Any idea where templates are stored or where the template data?

    Hi, yeah something doesn't seem right. I think it is the wrong template and am unable to find the correct one. Here is a like to an image of what I'm seeing:

    Ok, getting somewhere!  I have done as you suggested and opened the sub-reports - filled with fields as expected.

    However, I still cannot see the footer. I have checked the server and we have a load of .rdl files, but no footer.rdl and no footer in the invoice. Where do you think it could be coming from?

    By the way, thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.
