Issues with Business Central API Item Creation Process

I am encountering an issue while attempting to create an item via the Business Central API. The API call returns the following error

API Endpoint: POST /api/v2.0/companies({companyId})/items

Request Body that I am passing :

& here is the error:

Is there any configuration step we are missing to allow this posting group to be used in the API?

Any help or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
