1099-MISC Tax Withholding for Pennsylvania

The state of Pennsylvania has recently made a change that will require state tax withholding on 1099's in certain scenarios.  I am looking for the best way to withhold tax and have it reported on 1099's for Pa.  I have found the article below which guides looks like it will withhold the tax amounts, but getting items to report correctly on the 1099 is missing.  The article specifically states that there is no functionality for State requirements built into 1099 processing at this time.  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/930487/how-to-set-up-backup-withholding-for-1099-reporting-for-miscellaneous.

Can anyone tell me if there is being something done in GP to handle the law change in PA or if there is a better way to handle this new requirement?

Thank you,
