How can i link javascript page to web resource page in dynamic crm 365 ??

In your web resource file, in the head section add:
<script src="/WebResources/new_jquery1.10.2.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
Hi,
simply create a html webressource and add it to your form. Then you can call your javascript in your html.

Your JavaScript file is a web resource (that is stored in the CRM system) as a script type, or possibly hosted elsewhere (such as Azure). You can have an html web resource have multiple JavaScript web resources, or multiple html web resources accessing a single Script resource.
The logic is not different.
Inside your html web resource just add the script src... tag wherever you need, and as many times as you need.
There are no basic limitations.
