Hello All,

What is the best way to minimize the downtime as customer is using the CRM 2015 24*7 for customer service.

We need to migrate to D365 V9 Online from CRM 2015 Onprem.

Can we minimize the downtime using FastTrack way?

Thanks

The best way to minimize is to do multiple prior migration runs, be it with FastTrack or normal route. The advantage with FT will be that you will not have to migrate data yourself.. however fixes needs to be done by your team. Whole process will surly have downtime.

I have done migration from 2015 (without FT) two times now...and in my experience if you have the process in place then actual migration should not take more than a day. I kept 24 hours on downtime, which includes business validation as well.
